Welcome to कुरुकसारथी ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), an election management and voter data management software platform developed and operated by Blemense Technologies ("Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for politicians, campaign teams, and party organizations.

By accessing or using कुरुकसारथी, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all data entered
• All voter data must comply with applicable Indian election laws and regulations
• Users must obtain necessary permissions before collecting and storing voter information
• Data must be used solely for legitimate political campaign purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights / बौद्धिक संपत्ती अधिकार

4.1 Platform Ownership

The कुरुकसारथी software platform, including all source code, algorithms, user interface designs, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Blemense Technologies. All rights, title, and interest in the platform are reserved.

4.2 Trademark and Branding

"कुरुकसारथी," "Kuruksaarthi," and associated logos are trademarks of Blemense Technologies. Users may not use these trademarks without explicit written permission.

5.1 Lawful Use

• Use the platform only for legitimate political campaign activities
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including election laws and data protection regulations
• Respect voter privacy and obtain necessary consents for data collection
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and platform access

5.2 Account Security

• Maintain secure and unique passwords
• Report any unauthorized access or security breaches immediately
• Not share account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Log out from shared or public devices

7.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, Blemense Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or technical issues.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their critical data. While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all security threats.

7.3 Campaign Outcomes

कुरुकसारथी is a tool to support campaign management. Blemense Technologies is not responsible for campaign outcomes, election results, or any political consequences of platform usage.

8. Termination / समाप्ती

8.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and data export options will be provided as per our data retention policies.

8.2 Termination by Company

Blemense Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to comply with applicable laws. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

9. Governing Law / शासन कायदा

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of कुरुकसारथी shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhandara, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to Terms / अटींमध्ये बदल

Blemense Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
