This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the refund and cancellation terms for कुरुकसारथी subscription services provided by Blemense Technologies. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
कुरुकसारथी operates on a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, and this policy applies to all subscription plans, add-on services, and related billing matters.
2. Subscription Model / सब्सक्रिप्शन मॉडेल
2.1 Service Nature
कुरुकसारथी offers:
- Monthly and annual subscription plans
- Pay-per-use features and add-on services
- Custom enterprise solutions
- Training and onboarding services
- Technical support and maintenance
2.2 Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in this policy.
3. Refund Conditions / रिफंड अटी
3.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service Not Activated: If payment is made but service access is not provided within 7 days
- Technical Issues: If platform is non-functional for more than 48 hours due to our technical problems
- Duplicate Payment: If the same subscription is charged multiple times due to system error
- Service Termination: If we discontinue services before the end of your paid period
3.2 Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment or service activation, whichever is later. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for refund.
3.3 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
- Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount
- International transactions may take longer due to banking procedures
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios / रिफंड न करता येणारे प्रकरण
No refunds will be provided for:
- Services that have been activated and accessed by the user
- Change of mind or decision to discontinue campaign activities
- Failure to use platform features or services
- User's inability to understand or operate the platform
- Campaign outcomes or election results
- Data loss due to user error or negligence
- Third-party service disruptions beyond our control
- Violation of terms leading to account suspension
4.1 Usage-Based Services
Pay-per-use features, SMS credits, WhatsApp campaign credits, and other consumption-based services are non-refundable once purchased or consumed.
5. Cancellation Policy / रद्दीकरण धोरण
5.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellation process:
- Submit cancellation request through platform or email
- Provide 30 days advance notice for annual subscriptions
- Provide 7 days advance notice for monthly subscriptions
- Complete data export before cancellation if required
5.2 Service Continuation
Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within the billing period.
5.3 Data Retention After Cancellation
- Account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Users can request data export during this period
- After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted
- Backup data may be retained for legal compliance purposes

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Digital wallets and payment gateways
- Bank transfers for enterprise customers
6.2 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
7. Billing Disputes / बिलिंग विवाद
7.1 Dispute Resolution Process
- Contact our billing support team within 30 days of the disputed charge
- Provide detailed information about the dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If dispute is valid, appropriate adjustments will be made
7.2 Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage direct communication to resolve billing issues amicably.
8. Enterprise Customers / एंटरप्राइज ग्राहक
8.1 Custom Agreements
Enterprise customers with custom service agreements may have different refund and cancellation terms as specified in their individual contracts. This policy serves as the default for standard subscriptions.
8.2 Volume Discounts
Volume discounts and special pricing arrangements are subject to the terms agreed upon in the specific contract and may have different refund policies.
9. Force Majeure / अप्रतिबंधित परिस्थिती
Blemense Technologies shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures. In such cases, service credits may be provided instead of refunds.
10. Policy Updates / धोरण अद्यतने
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email and platform notifications. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
